Are you still hiring out your kit?
Yes! - As of 4th July alongside the hospitality sector, public play parks and theme parks we are back in business for home hires only.
Can it go inside or outdoors?
It is preferably that we set up a package outdoors to help reduce the risk of cross-contamination of germs across multiple surfaces inside the home. However, we are happy to provide kit to go indoors so long as all our safety guidelines can be met and there is adequate space to ensure little ones will not hurt themselves on furniture/ protruding objects/ trip hazards etc. A member of staff is happy to discuss these measures before booking.
Who can use your kit?
Whilst social distancing measures are still in place, only MEMBERS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD and support bubble are permitted to use our kit from ages 0-5 years old.
How do I book?
During the Coronovirus Pandemic we are currently only hiring out certain items of kit for Home Hires. Please click on the 'Party Hire' tab followed by the 'Home Hires' tab. Once you have decided on the type of package please scroll to click on the 'Ask about Home Hire' button. Once you complete the form one of our staff will be sure to respond within 48 hours so please be sure to type in your email and telephone number carefully so we can get hold of you. ** Please note this does not secure your booking until a member of staff has contacted you to confirm availability. **
When do I pay?
Once one of our staff has been in contact about availability, and a package has been decided upon, we shall add you to our diary. During this time we do not require a deposit but do ask that payment for the package will be paid in full BEFORE the day. This allows time for the payment to clear in our account and ensure the booking is still required.
How long is the hire for?
For home hires we start set ups between 8-10am and collect between 4-6pm. We ask for an hour to set up and an hour to pack away to ensure we have time to clean the kit on site and before package away into our van.
Where do you hire to?
We are available to travel throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and beyond! For packages over £100 we cover the first 10 miles for free and then include a small fee per mile thereafter.
Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured for all our equipment to be used by little ones aged 0 – 5 years up to the sum of £5 million. We have conditions of hire which our customers need to be aware of at the time of booking as part of the hire agreement which we send out with your quote. We also bring a copy to the event with us and run through the safety points with you once we are all set up.
