How do I book?
If you already know which ready-made package you would like simply click on the ‘Party Packages tab’ on our website and fill in the Party Packages Booking form. If you would like to create your own package simply click on the ‘Create a Package’ tab and fill in the Custom Booking Form. We have images of previous customer packages to inspire you!

Our ‘Add-Ons’ page can be used for any ready-made package that you would like to add extras onto, such as ride-on toys, slides, tables and chairs.

One of our staff will be sure to respond within 48 hours so please be sure to type in your email and telephone number carefully so we can get hold of you. ** Please note this does not secure your booking until a member of staff has contacted you to confirm availability and a deposit has been paid. **

When do I pay?
Once one of our staff has been in contact about avilability and a package has been decided upon, we ask for a £40 deposit. We can take payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. Then the remaining balance for the package is due on the day of the event before setting up (if paying in cash) or a few days before if by bank transfer, Paypal or cheque. Once your deposit has been received and cleared in our account, we will send out a receipt to your email address to confirm your booking.  

How long can I hire for?
All our prices include up to 4 hours hire. We need approximately 30 – 45 minutes to set up, inspect and clean the soft play package, and 30 minutes to pack away after the event. Please add on 15 minutes if you have also hired a bouncy castle. Please ensure your venue hire includes the set up and pack away time when hiring.

What if I want to hire it for longer?
If you would like to hire the package for longer than 4 hours that’s no problem as long as there are no other bookings with that equipment that day. We simple ask for a small additional charge which you will find added onto your quote – so please ensure you ask this when booking with us.


Where do you hire to?
We are available to travel throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and beyond! We cover the first 10 miles for free and then include an additional mileage charge for any distance over that. We are happy to set up in village halls, community venues, sports halls or wedding receptions – we can customise your package to suit all sizes and space.

Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured for all our equipment to be used by little ones aged 0 – 5 years up to the sum of £5 million. We have conditions of hire which our customers need to be aware of at the time of booking as part of the hire agreement which we send out with your quote. We also bring a copy to the event with us and run through the safety points with you once we are all set up.

Should your venue require a copy of our insurance document please do let us know and we’ll be more than happy to take care of it for you.

Can your equipment go outside?
To keep our equipment in tip top condition we only allow our soft play and bouncy castles outside during the summer months when the weather is likely to be at it’s best. Please speak to us if you are considering hiring for outdoor use and we can advice you on which packages are available.
